Terms of Service

Welcome to Tribuna. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tribuna mobile application, website, and related services ("Services").

Tribuna is operated by Tribuna, a company registered in Estonia. By creating an account or using Tribuna, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are below the age at which you can legally consent to use the Services independently, you may use Tribuna only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

2. Your Tribuna Account

Some Tribuna features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain account security, keep login credentials confidential, notify us if you believe your account has been compromised, and take responsibility for activity conducted through your account.

You may not impersonate another person or create an account using misleading information.

3. Tribuna Services

Tribuna allows users to record, discover, and share parts of their football and stadium experiences. Features may include recording attended matches and stadium visits, match and stadium check-ins, personal football statistics, photos and matchday memories, reviews and ratings, missions, badges, Tribuna Points ("TP"), social features, premium features, football-related information, and recommendations.

Features may change, be added, or be removed as Tribuna evolves.

4. Match and Football Information

Tribuna may display information relating to football matches, stadiums, teams, leagues, players, schedules, results, and other sporting events. While we aim to provide accurate information, football data may originate from third-party sources and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Users should verify important match information through official sources where necessary.

5. Check-Ins and Attendance Records

Tribuna may allow users to record attendance manually or verify attendance using location or other mechanisms. You agree not to intentionally create fraudulent check-ins or attendance records. Tribuna may remove or modify activity that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, manipulated, automated, or otherwise abusive.

6. User Content

"User Content" includes photos, videos, reviews, comments, profile information, and other material you submit to Tribuna. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Tribuna a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and distribute the content as necessary to provide and operate Tribuna.

7. Your Responsibilities for User Content

You may only upload content that you have the right to use. You must not upload or publish content that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity rights, applicable law, or community safety; contains threats, harassment, malicious software, fraud, spam, or sexually exploitative material; exploits or endangers minors; or promotes violence or illegal activity.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and third-party material, the Tribuna application, brand, design, software, interface, graphics, databases, and other original elements of the Services belong to Tribuna or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Names, logos, trademarks, team identities, competition identities, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. Tribuna is not affiliated with or endorsed by any football club, league, federation, stadium operator, or competition unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Tribuna Points, Levels and Badges

Tribuna may provide virtual points, levels, missions, achievements, or badges. Tribuna Points, badges, achievements, and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, are not financial instruments, and are not transferable unless Tribuna specifically enables such a feature.

10. Tribuna+ and Paid Features

Tribuna may offer premium features through subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable payment terms. Subscription pricing, billing periods, and available benefits will be displayed before purchase.

Deleting your Tribuna account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription. You are responsible for cancelling an active subscription through Apple's subscription management system if you no longer want it to renew.

11. Refunds

Payments processed through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's applicable refund policies and procedures. Tribuna does not independently control Apple's refund decisions.

12. Acceptable Use

You must not attempt unauthorized access, scrape without authorization, circumvent security measures, manipulate attendance or check-in systems, interfere with normal operation, use Tribuna for illegal activity, harass users, create misleading accounts, upload malicious code, or abuse reporting, ranking, mission, TP, or reward systems.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the Tribuna community. You may stop using Tribuna at any time and may delete your account through the available account deletion process.

14. Third-Party Services

Tribuna may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, data providers, or platforms. Tribuna does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their independent terms, content, availability, or privacy practices.

15. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Tribuna will always operate without interruptions or errors. We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the Services for maintenance, security, updates, infrastructure changes, or legal and regulatory requirements.

16. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. Tribuna does not guarantee that all football data, match information, stadium information, user-generated content, statistics, or recommendations will always be complete or error-free.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tribuna will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when Tribuna's Services, legal obligations, or business practices change. If a material change affects your rights, we may provide appropriate notice.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the country where you reside.
